On December 8th, Torghatten Nord signed a contract with the shipyard Remontowa Shipbuilding in Poland for the construction of a new electric ferry. The vessel is expected to be delivered at the end of 2025 or in the beginning of 2026.

The new electric ferry will sail at the Stornes-Bjørnerå route, marking another step towards an increasingly environmentally friendly fleet and a more sustainable industry for Torghatten.
